RADIO DIRECTOR
The Radio Director assumes overall responsibility in evaluating the
operations of all Brigada News FM radio stations. He will be coordinating
with the Area Managers as to the updates, problems, and needs of the
stations.

Set a standard in promoting and endorsing the BHC products on air;

Implement policies given by the EXECOM;
Ensures that station managers and their staff keep stations to the highest
possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all

times; and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
Manages and assumes overall responsibility for the success of all radio
stations by directing all operational aspects in coordination with the Area

Manager of each stations and driving sales while minimizing costs.

Setting of sales and operational goals and expectations with the directives of
the Assistant-Vice President for Operations, ensuring that those goals and

expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.

Overseeing the performance management of the entire station management

team to achieve the desired results in supporting the business.

Submit consolidated performance evaluation of all stations forwarded by the

Area Manager;
Suggest policies to the EXECOM to improve radio stations performance;
Motivates and manages Station Managers to meet all quotas or budget
requirement while developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all
BHC products.
