Summary

Students will be required to write a post addressing quality


and safety in the clinical setting. The student will first define
quality and safety related to QSEN and then provide one
example of a quality improvement that they have seen in their
clinical setting. This could be something as simple as audits or
something larger such as a hospital wide quality change.
Students will also identify one area that they feel quality
improvement or safety needs to be addressed and how they
may go about doing so. Students are required to use at least
one scholarly reference and reply to one of their peers.
