This question assesses your Case Study solving skills by simulating a real life consulting interview scenario.

For reference - A real life consulting case interview proceeds in the following way 1.

Interviewer explains a Case Situation & asks candidate to solve a Business Problem related to it.

2.

The candidate and interviewer then start a conversation in which candidate asks some Queries and
interviewer provides Case Information

3.

Interviewer evaluates whether candidate is analyzing the case correctly (by asking Relevant Queries)
and whether candidate is following the right approach (generally a framework such as Profitability or
Market Entry)

4.

In the final part of this conversation, candidate is asked to Take a Decision to solve the original
problem after gathering case information.

How to attempt this Case Study?

Understand the Case Situation (top left)

Read the Business Problem Statement (top right)

3.

Explore the Case Information tree (middle of page)

4.

View Answer of Queries that you think are Relevant to the case (on tree nodes)

5.

Click on Take Decision to know possible solutions to Problem Statement, then choose the correct
solution (top right)

6.

You can always View Answer to the queries that you've opened in 'All Attempted
Queries' section(bottom of page)

Rules 1.

You can View Answer to a limited number of queries only, hence choose those queries that you think
are relevant to this case. This limit is specified alongside Case Information

Possible solutions to Problem Statement will only be revealed after you choose to Take Decision.

3.

You won't be able to View Answer to any more queries after choosing to Take Decision
