Education and Training Manager - 15 years. 1995 to 2010

Developed, delivered, and evaluated E&T programs. Applied instructional system

development process. Collected and analyzed job performance data, and conducted
occupational analysis surveys. Compared individual knowledge and skills with job
standards, and identified E&T requirements. Developed and validated Air Force standards.
Determined adequacy of existing courses and programs. Screened and validated formal
E&T requirements. Developed objectives to meet Air Force academic, vocational, and
technical standards. Determined most cost effective method to deliver E&T. Sequenced

personnel attended required training.

Test Control Officer for deployed personnel during Operation Enduring Freedom
encompassing Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines.

Managed and automated a student tracking system for student grades which saved
approximately six hours per course in administrative time and allowed instructors to focus
on delivery of instruction.

Created a website for training purposes which assisted approximately 1300 personnel in
completing computer-based training required for job performance.

Created an automated database for tracking training programs, as well as, professional
development. Benchmarked results with feedback from Education and Training Managers.
