    The inline check valve is designed to withstand back pressure up to 8 meters and keep the membrane fully closed when no water flow occurs. The membrane withstands abrasives in wastewater and is made of silicone up to 200mm or polyurethane above 200mm. When fully open, the membrane only covers 10% of the open pipe area.     The inline check valve shall withstand 3/5/8 (soft/standard/hard membrane)

    meters back pressure and the membrane shall be fully closed and sealed in the
    normal state when no flow of water/liquid occurs in the pipe. The inline check
    valve membrane shall withstand abrasives such as sand, detritus and normal
    chemicals in waste water and shall be made of silicone (up to 200 mm) /
    polyurethane (above 200 mm). The inline check valve membrane shall only cover
    10 % of the open area of the pipe when fully open. The inline check valve
    membrane shall be mounted in a stainless steel 304/316 / PVC / PE pipe that,
    during installation, is to be inserted as is on site into the existing pipe. The
    membrane shall be designed as one single eccentric conical membrane with
    radius all around its conical periphery.
