CLAIM BY HANNAH NYOKABI KAMUNYU

We act for the above named person Hannah Nyokabi Kamunyu

a proposed
administrator of the estate of the late Miriam Wangari Gachina) and are instructed to
write to you as under.
That about April 2013 you entered into an agreement with our client purporting that
you would offer the services of an Advocate,and that you were in a position to petition
the death of the Late Miriam Wangari Gachina and obtain on their behalf the grant
of letters of administration in a court law, a service you are not authorized by law to
offer. Our client also advanced Kshs.30, 000 to you, as full payment of the same
service. In addition, you had entered into an agreement with our client where you
agreed that the same amount advanced to you would include fees to be paid as
statutory fees. Since then, our client has not collected her confirmed grant of letters
administration from you; neither has she heard from you since then and you have
repeatedly ignored to respond to her calls or those of her representatives or assigns.
In the circumstances we are instructed to demand which we hereby do your immediate
refund of the said sum of Kshs.30, 000 together with all the documents that you had
been surfaced with to enable you facilitate the process.
Kindly Take Note that if the said money is not refunded or the request to return the
documents in your possession is not effected within the next 7 (Seven) days from the
date herein, we have mandatory instructions to institute court proceedings against
you, and make a formal complaint to the police for intermeddling with an estate of a

deceased person, an offence under S 45 of the Succession Act 1981 without any
further reference and at your risk as to all costs and other consequences.
