Destination Control Statement

The U.S. Export Administration Regulations require that a Destination Control

Statement be entered on all copies of Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills, and Ocean
Bills of Lading.
Although such documentation cannot be placed on a website download transaction,
Kionix supports the spirit of this requirement by showing the Destination Control
Statement below, certifying, to the best of our knowledge, that the software herein
downloaded is exported in full compliance with U. S. export regulations.
