SUBJECT: Participation in Annual Picnic
This year the annual picnic is going to be held on 10 March at Nandan Park, Savar. The company
would appreciate if all of you can join. You are allowed to bring your family or one person as a
guest member. You are requested to pay Tk. 1000 fee against each person. Kindly make a list of
all those from your department who will be attending the picnic within 20 February and submit
the list to HR. Your presence is highly desirable to the company.
