The Innocent Tree

I heard a lot of stories about this tree. (S-TV-DO) I think almost all students of
the University of the Philippines Los Baos know this particular tree. Located near
the Freedom Park, it is the famous Fertility Tree.
I had this friend told me once the stories about the Fertility Tree. (S-TV-IO-DO)
He said, based on what he heard, couples go there at night and make love. Looking
at it at broad daylight, the tree looks as innocent as the other trees. It has big roots
sticking out of the soil, a big trunk, and big branches with leaves hanging. It doesnt
stand up so much when youre in the Freedom Park because there is another big
tree near the Student Union Building but when you heard of the stories, its like an
instant celebrity.
Whats been puzzling me is why couples do it there, and why do it at the
first place? I believe that it is only for married couples. Outside marriage, doing
it is a very deadly sin. The Fertility Tree which brings us oxygen and get the
carbon dioxide we exhale should be respected. It looks like a good place to relax
and bond with some friends but beyond that, I dont think so. That tree is innocent.
