I am Marri Vivekananda Yadav from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore.
I work as a Manager in the Final assembly of Light Combat Aircraft (Tejas) in Aircraft R&D
Center which is one of the pioneering organizations in India in the field of Design,
Development, Prototype Building and Testing of Fixed wing aircraft. It has given me the
opportunity to obtain a very rare experience in the production of Advanced Military Aircraft.
I feel continuous learning plays a pivotal role in ones professional growth. I want to expand
my knowledge base and gain breadth of understanding in field of management. In my Post
Graduate Diploma in Management I was exposed to comprehensive course work on the core
fields of management. I strongly feel, a Phd or fellow programme in management provides
me with necessary skills to identify and research complex issues in New Product
Development in the field of Operations strategy. It will strengthen my skills and gives me a
significant edge in my profession as a strategic leader in my company.
