nonfictional to the literature. It also combined most of the
culture from other places and incorporated it into literature.
Medieval history also contributed lots of folklore based on past
events that had taken place.

Many stories that have been passed down through oral


tradition have influenced people to create books and poetry
based on the stories that were told. The imagination of people
wanting to be out of their individual struggle also contributes
to literature. People also took certain events and retold the
story in a different perspective also contributing to different

The Medieval Times took place from the 5th century to the 1400s. It was conquered by the Celtic Britons, who were from Great Britain and later the
Normans, who were from France. The Celtics brought Archeology and different forms of art to England. They believed in more than one god. The
Normans brought their own laws, music, visual arts, and other times of art also. However, the believed in one god like the native English people.
Both of these ethic groups ran their kingdoms the same way. Both of them had class systems and were by kings. The literature during this time was
based on Christian beliefs. The Medieval Times were based Christianity, Conquest, and an explosion of literature.
