September 1, 2015 minutemennews.com posted an article this week titled,
Why the Supreme Court is NOT Supreme It was penned by J. Matt Barber.
He states:
"To vocal opponents of judicial activism, this comes as little surprise. The U.S.
Supreme Court has suffered a major credibility blow in the wake of its
politically motivated 5-4 Obergefell v. Hodges gay (sodomite) marriage
opinion. In it, they presumed to do the impossible both redefine the age-old
institution of natural marriage and to give this fictional definition precedent over
freedoms actually enumerated in the Bill of Rights. According to Rasmussen, only
36 percent of Likely U.S. Voters still think the high court is doing a good
or excellent job."

article fails to address the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court no longer has
any constitutional authority to act as a constitutional organization. The
2012 Noonan v Debra Bowen law suit was brought against the candidacy of
Mr. Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) who was an illegal alien who was running for
POTUS. The case was dismissed when the court declared that Ms. Debra

Bowen (the then Secretary of State of CA) did not have a constitutional duty
to uphold the Constitution. Then the CA Appellate Court, the CA Supreme
Court and then the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with the original Sacramento
judge. They all declared the US Constitution and the California Constitution
was NOT the supreme law of the land and only their decrees were to be
followed. These courts proved to be the pawns of foreign-bankster-forces
that enslave all American.
