Tuition fee refunds are based on the following HCT Policy: 1. Withdrawal before the start of a module ~ 90% Refund 2. Withdrawal before the end of the first week ~ 50% Refund 3, Withdrawal before the end of the 2 week ~ 0% Refund with # “W" grade 4, Withdrawal after the completion of the 2" week ~ 0% Refund with an “F” grade Refunds will be processed for payment by way of cheque only.
