Operational Feasibility

As of the process in system, even though St. John the Baptist Dambanang Kawayan is
already using the same system we are proposing, persons will be involved on using the new
system will undergo training provided by the proponents for the user to understand the operation
of the system. Aside from training, proponents will also provide a manual for the procedure of
the system. Question from the user during training will be answered properly by the proponents
with regards in understanding the process of the new system.

Technical Feasibility
St. John the Baptist church has its own resource thats why it suits to the technical
requirements of the proposed project. Parish church provided the proponents all specific
hardware requirements, application programs, personnel, facilities or the updated requirements
needed in the proposed system. Technically, the proposed system is considered feasible in a sense
that the capability of the church to support the system requirements is sufficient.

Economic Feasibility
The proposed system critically analyzed and designed to lessen the paper works and
eliminate the common error in their current system.
The parish church gets benefit in this proposed system with the efficiency of processing
reservations and keeping record. The proposed project will benefit parish staffs in terms of
making work fast and accurate with hassle free operation and also client could easily get what
they need in terms of records and scheduling process needed by the church. The church also
controls the scheduling conflicts to avoid the same space and same time of the schedule.
