This
online
course
was
important
to
Identify
the
context
of
the
course
that
I
am
teaching
and
its
design
to
e
able
to
teach
it
correctly
especially
in
terms
of
creating
assessments
and
giving
feedback
to
students.
What
happened?
First
I
felt
that
I
cannot
read
all
of
that
amount.
The
course
was
heavy
despite
its
simple
vocabularies
but
at
that
time
I
was
not
reading
that
much
of
English
contents.
I
also
did
not
like
the
quizzes
that
were
at
the
end
of
each
chapter.
Later
I
started
realizing
the
importance
of
the
content
and
how
I
can
really
benefit
from
it
to
enrich
by
career.
How
did
you
feel
about
it?
How
do
you
feel
about
it
now?
At
the
beginning
I
did
not
want
to
work
with
a
different
group.
But
now
I
understand
that
it
is
much
better
to
always
work
with
different
people
so
we
can
discover
and
share
new
ideas.
What
went
well?
The
course
was
very
heavy,
yet
very
informative
and
useful.
Honestly
it
got
me
back
to
reading
and
enjoying
such
contents
more
than
reading
stories.
What
did
you
learn
from
this
experience?
From
this
experience
I
learnt
that
developing
my
teaching
skills
cannot
be
done
through
practical
sessions
only
but
also
through
the
online
courses.
Even
if
takes
me
long
hours
I
have
to
learn
it.
What
would
you
do
differently
next
time?
Next
time
I
will
make
sure
that
I
follow
the
concepts
of
the
course
because
it
is
available
online
and
even
if
it
was
removed
I
can
ask
for
retaking
it.
I
also
will
make
sure
that
I
save
screenshots
for
the
most
important
parts
of
the
course
to
refer
to
them
whenever
needed.

training
session
at
RAK
Womens
College
given
by
Edtech
Saeed
Alhebsi
and
Mahra
Alzaabi.
The
session
was
about
learning
the
basic
concepts
of
using
blackboard.
What
happened?
The
trainer
showed
the
basic
concepts
of
how
to
use
the
BB
Learn
and
most
importantly
how
to
create
assessments
and
how
to
troubleshoot
the
issues
of
BB
Learn.
The
session
was
very
important
for
me
especially
that
I
did
not
use
BB
Learn
that
much
when
I
was
a
student.
How
did
you
feel
about
it?
How
do
you
feel
about
it
now?
I
was
confused
at
the
beginning.
It
is
totally
different
when
using
tools
as
an
instructor
not
as
a
student.
Now
I
feel
that
I
can
do
many
things
in
BB
Learn
not
only
assessments.
I
also
have
the
courage
to
discover
other
technologies
and
applications
rather
than
BB
Learn.
What
went
well?
Everything
went
well
even
with
the
mistakes
I
made
because
they
got
me
to
know
the
correct
steps
to
do
them.
I
also
loved
creating
assessments
on
BB
Learn
to
save
time
and
effort.
What
did
you
learn
from
this
experience?
From
this
experience
I
learnt
that
I
should
not
depend
on
the
paper
based
exams.
There
are
different
ways
to
make
the
exam
easier,
yet
challenging
and
easier
to
mark.
I
also
learnt
that
Edtech
Department
is
always
available
to
offer
help
and
support.
What
would
you
do
differently
next
time?
Next
time
I
want
to
ask
about
every
single
tool
in
the
application
that
I
am
using.
Even
if
I
am
not
going
to
use
them
now,
maybe
in
the
future
I
will.
I
also
learnt
that
I
have
to
navigate
and
search
for
different
tools
and
tricks
by
myself.

Session
4th
March
2015-
This
session
was
the
most
interesting
so
far
in
the
170@17
training.
The
session
was
about
the
concepts
of
learning
by
doing
and
how
to
apply
it
in
a
correct
way.
The
session
was
for
170@17
trainees
/cohort
1
&
2
and
given
by
Ms.
Lina,
it
took
place
on
DMC
Library.
What
happened?
The
session
starts
with
a
cards
game
then
moved
to
include
different
practical
tasks
such
as
the
collaborative
presentations
and
padlet
as
well
as
writing
a
reflection
about
the
experience.
We
also
had
discussions
about
what
is
the
real
meaning
of
Learning
By
doing.
the
trainer
showed
us
a
very
interesting
video
about
this
topic
as
well.
How
did
you
feel
about
it?
How
do
you
feel
about
it
now?
I
was
enjoying
it
all
the
time.
The
session
broke
the
routine
that
we
got
used
with
as
well
as
teaching
me
how
I
really
can
make
my
students
learn
by
practical
tasks.
Now
I
am
feeling
more
excited
as
I
improved
my
teaching
skills
and
I
can
conduct
a
practical
session
in
a
better
way.
What
went
well?
Everything
went
well
during
the
session
and
I
think
everybody
was
enjoying
it.
we
shared
ideas
in
a
very
fun
way.
Even
those
how
were
feeling
boring
at
the
beginning,
they
got
excited
after
a
while
and
were
actively
involving
in
the
discussions.
What
did
you
learn
from
this
experience?
From
this
experience
I
learnt
that
learning
by
doing
is
not
only
applying
concepts
but
there
are
several
emotional
concepts
and
responsibilities
that
I
have
to
take
in
order
to
apply
the
learning
by
doing
method
on
its
correct
way.
What
would
you
do
differently
next
time?
Next
time
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I
get
my
practical
session
fun
and
enjoyable
as
much
as
how
I
had
it
in
that
session
especially
in
terms
of
the
used
technology.
I
also
have
to
take
notes
because
I
forgot
a
lot
of
points
that
was
displayed
during
the
session.

Creating
a
Mahara
ePortfolio
6th

-
the
session
was
given
by
Ms.
Christine
Lampe
The
session
took
place
on
DMC.
The
main
concept
was
to
learn
how
to
create
an
ePortfolio
using
Mahara.
What
happened?
We
all
registered
in
Mahara
site
using
our
college
ID
and
password.
We
had
an
issue
at
the
beginning
in
which
the
ID
and
passwords
were
not
working
,
but
he
trainer
solved
that
problem.
She
introduced
us
ti
the
topics
and
pages
that
we
need
to
create.
We
strated
with
the
easier
part
which
is
the
profile.
The
session
was
mainly
to
gather
all
the
things
that
we
did
for
the
170@17
session.
How
did
you
feel
about
it?
How
do
you
feel
about
it
now?
I
like
creating
portfolios
that
is
why
I
was
excited,
but
Mahara
was
not
that
much
attractive
for
me.
I
felt
it
was
confusing
and
I
did
not
like
its
layout.
Now
I
understand
the
importance
of
an
e-
portfolio
and
Mahara
looked
boring
because
it
was
professional.
What
went
well?
We
started
very
well.
For
me
I
included
a
huge
amount
of
information.
I
finshed
the
profile
and
started
uploading
the
certificate
as
well.
What
did
you
learn
from
this
experience?
I
learnt
how
profiles
must
be
professional
and
organized.
The
type
of
profiles
that
we
used
to
create
at
school
and
college
cannot
be
tha
same
once
we
are
employees.
What
would
you
do
differently
next
time?
Next
time
I
have
to
make
sure
that
I
save
the
files
with
proper
names
and
in
organized
folders
because
I
faced
issued
while
I
was
looking
for
the
files
to
upload
in
Mahara.
want
to
apply
is
that
I
have
to
make
my
feedback
prompt
instead
of
waiting
tell
the
end
of
the
semester.
