Regional Director PRO 4-A [CALABARZON] PSSUPT. PATRICK T. VILLACORTE THRU: C, RPRMD Sir: Greetings! The undersigned is a member of the Philippine National Police since December 01, 2010 and presently assigned at Binan City Police Station, Laguna PPO designated driver/crew of Mobile 149. I have been in the service for almost 5 years and I had rendered my duties and responsibilities to the best of my ability. The safety of the people is always my utmost concern in the field of my duty. However, since my wife and I were left living in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, I helped my wife, PO1 Perlita Labrador-Rodriquez, in entering the PNP PRO CALABARZON purposely to improve our living and most importantly, to be with her and our two minor children who are aged 5 years old and 2 years old, respectively. Unfortunately, my said legal spouse succumbed to the call of temptation that she abandoned us (her family) in favor of superior PNP member at her place of assignment. This sad plight had severely tarnished my dignity as a person and left with me depressed, without any alternative but to transfer back the custody of my two children to my parents in Puerto Princesa City to be better taken care of in the absence of their true mother. This anxiety further exacerbated when on February 28, 2015, my father passed away thus leaving my sickly and 71year old mother in her chores of taking care of two minor children. My presence as father is thus badly needed in order to protect the paramount interest of my children as they grow up especially at this delicate stage and in the light of having no mother to supervise them. Further, I just wanted dearly to get away from the place of my indignation but without sacrificing my beloved profession. In this connection, I am humbly but incessantly requesting a clearance and availability for transfer from my present assignment to PRO 4-B MIMAROPA. I believe that I will be more efficient and an effective Police officer when I am near with my kids rather than in an assignment away from them.
Thank you very much sir hope and praying that these request be given your utmost consideration. Very Truly yours,
