I am in receipt of your Memorandum dated March 20, 2006 and
this is my reply/explanation.
1.3.1 Fraud willful breach of trust in the conduct of ones job.
I do not have any intent of fraud with respect to my performance
of duty and that the incident regarding the forging of payees
signature on the check as mentioned in your letter was an
honest mistake on my part, which was unintentionally committed
out of my fear to my superior. In fact, I admitted the offense
right away before my immediate superior.
1.3.3 Falsifying, forging, altering
documents or Bank records.

It is not my will to falsify, forge, alter or intercalate any official

documents or Bank records as when I landed my job as Bank
Teller all the transactions I receive has always been properly
accomplished with an honest intention of serving with utmost
concern on the part of my employer and the clients as well.
Regarding the check, I made it sure that the face amount drawn
on the check was released directly to the client who encashed
the same.

1.3.5 Conniving with fellow employees or outsiders in falsifying,

forging, altering or intercalating Bank records and/or official
documents.
I admit that I asked the help of my co-employee to do the thing
for me but the latter turned down my request so I personally did
the offense myself.
1.3.4 Abuse of discretion of where actions are made beyond or
outside the limits of ones authority may be determined to
the Banks interest.
As a Bank Teller, I am aware of the duties and responsibilities
within my jurisdiction but as I have mentioned, it is out of my
fear that I committed the said offense without any interest of
destroying the good reputation of the bank.
At this juncture, I would like to express my deep and sincere
apology concerning the issue with a commitment that the same would
not happen again.
Trusting this manifestation would merit the kind and utmost
consideration of your good office.
