opportunities within the company and we are already leveraging
its significant expertise out on the field. Uintah Towing &
Recovery has committed both its own and previously secured
financial resources to quickly capture a significant market share
and is seeking additional equity capital of $150,000 to accelerate
its activities. Our goal is to expand and grow into a nationwide

have established a core management team from the repossession
industry, which is already known nationwide and is ready for
expansion. Our main goal is to have high-level relationships with
numerous credit unions, banks, and title loans. We already have
expertise in management, field agents, auctions, banks, title

thriving business that exceeds to grow with opportunity for

garage for flatbed and three offices. We are extremely reliable
and efficient when it comes to getting the job complete. Our
basic nature of business is to find vehicles that have gone into
repossession as in secure the unit, bring it in call dispatch and
then to the finance company. The economic state of this industry
seems to be keeping this company going and expanding it in the
near future. We have potential for growth. We will transfer

provide excellent service to our banks, credit unions, and
customers. We insure the safety of all the vehicles we pick up
and that they are secure upon arrival. We drive the distance, go
out of our way to pick up, secure any vehicle that is in our
possession.
Key Differentiators
Competitors, such as other Repossession Companies, Network
Recovery, ,Allied, AAR, On Demand, Repos these are just a
handful of Repossession companies in Salt Lake City and they all
receive the same repo orders as us. It is the competition between
us, the banks, credit unions, and other repo companies. Basically
if you pick up before they do and call it in and keep picking up
the banks orders, before the other repo companies they will send
you their orders first. It is all about competition.

will fire yourself.

Critical Risks
Risk factors are with the competitors who substantially have
greater financial and marketing resources larger customer
bases, longer operating histories, greater name recognition and
more established relationships in the industry than we do.
Competitors may be able to: devote greater resources to the
marketing and sales area. Adopt more aggressive pricing
policies. Some larger competitors may also be able to provide
clients with additional benefits at lower overall costs. Expansion
could require additional capital or strain other resources. This
plan anticipates that business will grow and increase the number
of drivers in the field. In order to successfully manage growth,
management must: Enlarge the company infrastructure.
Improve business, financial and information systems. Expand,
train, and manage the employee base effectively. There will be
additional demands on customer service support and sales,
marketing, recruiting, administrative resources as the target
market expands. If management cannot manage growth
effectively financial conditions or results of operation could be
adversely affected. Existing assets, anticipated debt and
expected revenue growth will be sufficient to fund operations for
12 months. However if the company expands more rapidly than
currently anticipated or if working capital needs exceed current
expectations. The company will need to raise additional capital
from equity or debt sources. If the company cannot obtain
financing on acceptable terms it may be forced to curtail planned
business expansions and maybe unable to fund ongoing
operations.
Exit Strategy
Uintah Towing and Recovery retains operational control of its
business. We operate as an independent business. Investors who
are willing to invest will have cash out options in 5 years. We
will have the cash to cash you out with accounts receivable and
accounts payable to the fair value of your investment. Your
investment has primarily gone into the company for expenses
and expansion. In our company for the use of new trucks and
more space for our yard. We appreciate your business and look
forward to doing business with you in the near future.
