On October 12, 2000, I received at my mail location the enclosed documents and envelopes which seemingly appeared to be my mail. However, upon further inspection and opening of the correspondence I discovered the documents and correspondence were in fact, not mine. By my mistake, I have received and opened someone elses mail. This person is: JOHN SMITH. I am not, and my name is not JOHN SMITH. I have discovered my mistake, and have included an affidavit which is attached to this letter, for clarification. I do not intend delay, obstruction, or mis-representation, therefore I am informing you of my mistake forthwith. I have no desire to act wrongly or create a misunderstanding, so, in good faith, I am acknowledging my mistakes in this matter and I wish to apologize for any and all inconveniences my actions my have caused to anyone. Thank you for your kind attention.
