"Do I know you?

"
How can we say that we know somebody? Concept: Identity.
The most usual way that somebody is recognized is by its Physical Traits, such
as, height, skin color, hair and its color, shape of the face, etc.
Can the identity of somebody be limited to its physical traits? But our physical
traits are always in change.
It's also possible to recognize somebody by its Personality Traits, such as, sen
se of humour, honesty, brave, magnificent, etc.
Some things are the combination result of physical and personality traits, such
as, voice, walk, etc.
Can the identity of somebody be the sum of its physical and personality traits?
But our traits and personalities can change. Does that mean that you can become
another person?
