Dear Maam,
Good day!
I am a third year student of the College of Nursing. I am writing this letter in the hopes of being given the
opportunity of an appointment with you to discuss matters about my grade in Nursing Care Management
103.
I received a failing mark of 58.33 percent. Considering the grave effect of this adverse situation,
especially financially to me and my family, I have discerned and decided to earnestly and humbly pray
before you to be granted consideration and be given a passing mark despite the fact that I received only
58.33 percent. I have already brought the matter up with my Clinical Instructor during the consultation.
However, it was to no avail. But, as this is very crucial to me and my family, especially financially, I
have decided to beg for an opportunity to talk to you for consideration as my last resort. Also considering
that I nearly reached the passing mark of 60 percent, I am, indeed, hopeful in praying that I be granted
consideration.
In light of the foregoing, I would like to ask for an opportunity to have an appointment with you so that I
may be able to further explain my situation and express further my sentiments.
