Why psychology is important for a teacher?

As a teacher of psychology is very important because it involves the lives
and feelings of teachers or other individuals. An educator must master
knowledge of Educational Psychology to develop personal awareness of the
potential intelligence possessed by students. Education as an activity in which
involved many people, among them students, educators, administrator,
communities and parents of the students. Therefore, for the purpose of education
can be achieved effectively and efficiently, each person involved in such
education should be able to understand the behavior of individuals at once to
show behavior effectively.
An important teachers in providing guidance or even provide
counseling. The duties and role of teachers, as well as implement learning, is
also expected to guide the students. By understanding the psychology of
