Bachelor Of Engineering
(co-operative) civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, ocean and
naval architectural, process - offshore oil and gas engineering
electives are available within each of the undergraduate degree
programs

Composed of eight full-time academic terms and a minimum of
four full-time work terms. Students can choose from six available
majors and may also take offshore oil and gas engineering
electives, which are available in all of our undergraduate degrees.

Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy)

Designed to prepare graduates for careers primarily in
community and hospital settings but also in the pharmaceutical
industry, pharmacy organizations, health sciences research,
government and educational environments.
Students are required to complete 10 specific prerequisite
courses at the university level prior to being eligible for entry into
the program.

4 years.
After successful completion of national examinations, a graduate
of the program is eligible to apply to be licensed as a pharmacist
in Newfoundland and Labrador and other provinces in Canada.
Average Pharmacist wage is $44.95 per hour.

Marine Engineering Diploma of Technology

You have a technical aptitude and understand the interconnected
workings of complex machinery. Onshore and onboard ship in
engineering and technical positions.
First year: Two academic terms followed by a technical
session.
Second year: Two academic terms followed by a technical
session and a work term.
Third year: Two academic terms with a work term in
between.
Fourth year: A work term followed a final academic term.
Adherence to our Application and Admission Regulations either
upon high school graduation (following a period of employment
subsequent to graduation), or by transfer from another postsecondary institution.
Marine Institute Campus, St.Johns.
4 years.
The specialized competencies and work experience also provide
the graduate with opportunities for employment in government
and in other marine-related industries.
