Additional Drill for another 100 shots.
1. Warm up with 10 free throws and
record your score.
2. Shoot 20 shots from each of the three
spots.
10x shot fake, dribble right.
10x jab step, dribble left
* Make sure you get to designated
areas on the court
** Add different triple threat moves
from these spots, as well as a
shot fake to finish
3. Repeat from each spot.

Tips:
To get the most out of this drill, it has to be done at game speed. My suggestion is that
you take brief breaks after every set of free throws and a slightly longer water break
between drill sets. If done at game-speed, this drill (the first two parts) should take 4550 minutes to complete. Obviously you wont do it this quickly the first few times you
try, but (eventually) you will become comfortable and it will get easier.
