a c c o r d a n c e w i t h t h e S e c t i o n 8 A ( j ) o f t h e Children's Protection Act 1993, s t a t e t h a t C h i l d Related E m p l o y m e n t Screening is valid for a m a x i m u m o f three (3) years. Individual
organisations m a y , however, h a v e their o w n policies w h i c h define the t i m e f r a m e for w h i c h
this clearance m a y be valid.
