Express Accounts will keep accounting records for multiple businesses with a single installation.
To create a new business, click the Accounts menu and select Multiple Businesses, then click
Add. The Startup Wizard will run, where you enter the basic details of the new business.
To toggle between different businesses, click the Accounts menu and select Multiple
Businesses, highlight the business you want to view and click the Select button. The other
business will be loaded into Express Accounts.
To quickly see which account you are viewing, look at the Title bar in the upper left of the Express
Accounts main window, and the business name will be displayed in brackets.
