CONCLUSION

The institutional training is very helpful to this report preparation and improve my
knowledge about in this companies activities. I know the company all the activity purchase,
sales, production, financial performance, etc.., during my training the tactics (or) the strategies
adopted by the company was keenly tracked. I am sure it will guide me in my future.
From this training I have attained the practical knowledge about the principles and
functions of various departments. This was golden opportunity to gain more knowledge about
the concern and its working.
