Do you have a budget in mind ? How will the app be funded ?
Do you have a timescale in mind?

App Specics/
What devices are you interested in ? E.g. Phone, Tablet
What platforms are you interested in ? E.g. iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry
Who is the app to be aimed at ? E.g. general public, doctors, teens, employees, engineers etc.
Whats the concept for the app ? Do you have a specication document for the app ?
Do you have any wireframes for the app, showing what screens you expect the app to need and what
content/functionality might appear on them ?
Do you have any creative/design assets for the project or will that be part of our development ?
Does the app require a server to push/pull data to/from the app? If so do you have this in place or will it be
part of our development ?
Will you need to involve focus/test groups to provide feedback on the designs/app ?
Do you have any specic requirements for analytics as to how users are using the app ?
Do you foresee the app being a one o or with continued development in the future ?
Who will be responsible for signing o the app for release ?
