PLEDGE OF ALLIEGANCE
1. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Request is made for approval of the following meeting minutes:

3. VOTE APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

3a. Budget Update
Direct the IBC Treasurers Office to give an updated report on the current standing IBC
2015-2016 budget.
3b. Administrative Sector
Direct the IBC to fully support the IB Coordinators in directing all signed IB volunteers
to attend weekend service events on October 17th, 2015 and on October 18th, 2015.
3c. Office of the Historian Operations
Direct the IBC to support the IBC Historian Office in creating the IB Program Official
Youtube Channel.
4. ADD, REMOVE, EDIT REGULAR AGENDA
Direct the IBC to add, remove, or edit the regular IBC meeting agenda.
5. RECOGNITION SESSION
5a. Recognize IB students who attended last weeks IBC Committee meetings.
5b. Recognize IB student volunteers from the IBC Tailgate table at VHS Tailgate 2015.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6a. IB Back to School Merchandise
President Catarata requests the IBC to finalize the following:

Authorize the closure for IB Gear Fall orders for Tuesday, October 13th, 2015.

6b. IBC Extended Board Training

President Catarata requests the IBC to give the IBCP office 5-8 minutes to deliver a
formal IBC Extended Board Training on IBC: Extended Board Training: Recognition.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7a. Mentor to Mentee Social Event
President Catarata urgently requests an official update on the IB Mentor to Mentee Social
event being held this Friday, October 16th, 2015 from 2:30PM-4:00PM PST.
7b. MYP Retreat
President Catarata requests an official update on the MYP retreat for VHSIBMYP.
7c. IB Fall Class Potlucks Social
Direct the IBC President and IBC Class Representatives to deliver an update on the
upcoming IB Fall Class Potlucks Social being held on Thursday, October 29th, 2015.
7d. IBC Calendar Updates
Direct the IBC Presidents Office to officially review the VHSIB Google Calendar.
8. COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Direct the IBC to receive official updates on the following standing committees:

IB Program Quarter Meetings Committee

IB Public Works Program Committee (w/ respective subcommittees)
VHS Student Inter-Council Committee by VHS Principal Esparza

9. PUBLIC COMMENT
See Agenda Item #1 for instruction on this session of public comment.
10. IBC SUMMATIONS
Each IBC/Pentagon official will be given the opportunity to deliver a summation speech to the
assembling body, relevant to the meeting at hand or on announcements for the student body.
