Dear Ms. Mesina:

Good day! I am Jericson H. Advincula, Executive Vice President for External

Affairs of PICE - Mapa Institute of Technology Student Chapter. I would like to request
for your permission regarding a campus visit whereas a few representatives from our
student chapter would like to do. This is to promote our two upcoming annual national
events namely: the 9th Don Tomas Mapa National Civil Engineering Quiz Show,
which aims to promote continuous development of the school and to promote new
associates with different schools or universities all over the country that caters and
transports upbeat minds in the world of Civil Engineering; and PICE Technovation
Summit, with an objective to give students ideas what Research and Development (R&D)
is all about and help them decide what specialization in the field of Civil Engineering they
will pursue in the near future.
