Description
Material is filled in Hopper manually by the operator. After the
setting of the weight and vibration, the start switch is pressed. The material flows
from the hopper to vibrator to the weighing pan. The vibration changes automatically
from coarse to fine depending on the setting. As soon as the target weight is reached
the vibration stops. The operator puts the preformed pouch under the discharge
funnel and presses the dump switch to discharge the material in the bag. The next
cycle automatically starts, during the time the material is getting filled in the pan the
operator picks up the next pouch and keeps it ready under the discharge ffunnel.
