1. Can make from ribbon or paper. Need 4 strips

about 50 com long.

2. Lay them on top of each

other and fold in half and
crease. Put 2 down, hold 2.

3. Put right over

left at right
angle to form
L shape.

4. Pick up third strand and

place as in image in U
shape.

5.Wrap

right
strand
through
left one.

6. Wrap around the

right strand and
through the left
one. One end goes
through left strand
and one behind.

7. Pull ends
make a
square. Pull
tight. Turn

8. Take top strand and turn it

down and crease.

9. Moving anticlockwise, take

strand on left
crease.

10. Then take bottom strand up and

crease.

11. Push last

You can use tear ribbon (see the links on the left in purple), old newspapers,
magazines, posters, ribbon, flax, pandanus, what ever materials you have access to!
As long as you can weave an 8 pointed woven star, they will all be warmly recieved.
