A. General Marketing Statistics and Strategy - We market our product


through social media, posters, flyers, and word of mouth.
B. Product/Service Description - We are selling selective snacks such as hot
cheetos (oven baked and puffs), Chex Mix ( hot and spicy and chocolate with caramel),
and Teddy Grahams.We also have t-shirts, coozies, stickers, and keychains and custom
goods such as monogrammed cups, clipboards, and keychains made by the
Entrepreneurship class.
C. Your Customer Value - At Elephant Central, we have a greater variety of
snacks to offer then what's in the vending machine. We also have more to offer like
customized goods (cups and clipboards) and t-shirts, at the school store.
D. Market Place Dimensions - Our market is the 9th graders that attend class
in the 9th Grade Center. There are also a couple of classes for upperclassmen. Elephant
Central market is about 700 students. These students would love to buy our new
customized cups and clipboards along with the snacks we have to offer. We also will be
selling ice cream and drinks in the future that we are confident that will sell well.

F. Market Investor Attractiveness - People who invest in our business will
benefit from our products. We offer snacks that people who are hungry will buy. We offer
school supplies that students need for school. Therefore our goods benefits the students
who invest in Elephant Central.
G. Your Target Market - Our target market is student, faculty, and staff who
work or attend classes at the 9th Grade Center.
H. Your Key Prospects - We want students, faculty, and staff to purchase items
sold everyday to help benefit our store and benefit themselves.
I. Size and Growth of Current Market ( Industry) - We are selling to
around 600 ninth graders and about 100 upperclassmen. This grand tota is 700 students
that are potential customers. There are about 40 faculty and staff who also have the
opportunity to buy our goods.
J. Marketplace Dynamics - We get our products from a wholesaler. We sell the
product at a retail price directly to our customers. This is how we make a profit.
K. Why Customers Buy - People buy our goods if they are hungry or are
lacking supplies for school.
L. Direct Competitors - The vending machines and Stomping Grounds in the
main campus are our direct competitors.
M. Indirect Competitors - Our indirect competitor is the cafeteria that sells free
food.

N. Your Competitive Strategy - We are making different shirts that are


specifically for the freshman class. We will also be making new customized products in
the future.
O. Price Strategy - Our prices are based off of the wholesaler prices along with
the vending machine prices.
P. Current Business Strategy - Our competitors are coming out with a better
variety of shirts then we are. They have also partnered with culinary department to pull in
customers.
Q. Your Future Aspirations of Market Conditions - I am hoping as the
years past that Elephant Central will become a successful and dominant school store here
at GHS. I also hope the school store will expand and move into a larger room where we
will sell more products.
R. Industry Trends - Our trends aare our personalized items, spiritwear, and
snacks that people want to buy.
