1. 1s will sit against the wall, while 2s rotate in

the class.
2. The storyteller will Start their story by using
the prompt on the board. They will have 1
minute to share.
3. The listener should look for facial cues, body
language and movement, emotions and vocal
cues. Listener should also give listening cues (uh
huh, I see)
4. Listener will respond with, If I hear you
correctly, you are saying Listener should
summarize story within 20 seconds.
5. Each storyteller will rate the listener by using
the rubric provided.
5. When prompted by Ms. King the storyteller will
become the listener and the listener will become
the storyteller.
