    According to site data, a pump was needed with a flow rate of 15L/s and head of 2.75 meters for testing purposes. A TAIFU THF5A 3"x3" centrifugal pump manufactured in China was selected, providing a maximum flow rate of 900 L/min and maximum head of 14m. The pump performance is optimal at 2900 RPM and can provide a flow rate of 880L/min at the required head of 2.75m.

    According to our site data we have Flow rate of 15L/s and head of 2.75 meter. But for testing purpose we required pump of same specification. For this purpose we have selected pump TAIFU THF5A which is 3 phase 3”x3” (Inlet/Outlet in) Chinese manufactured centrifugal pump of 2 HP providing a maximum flow rate of 900 L/min and maximum head of 14m. The performance of the pump is optimal at 2900 RPM and the performance chart shows the variation of the flow rate with respect to head, as in our case we have to operate the pump at the discharge rate of is 880L/min at head of 2.75m.
