Reduction of re-cutting due to missing parts

To develop the Order tracking sheet individually according to style


and color wise

To find the reasons for variance and provide suggestions to control


them

Tracking and recording of loading and output receipts for one


batch and one style

Data collection for each line

Finding the reasons for variance between load and unload

Graphical representation of Load and unload variance

Create an appropriate OTS.

Objective: To improve overall efficiency of the cutting room and to reduce the wastage
of the fabric.

To use various tools and calculate the present capacity of the cutting

Plan For Optimum Output
Objective:

To re-plan the existing merchandise plan for optimum output

To develop a replenishment plan to lower the sales loss due to


stock out.
