Module for maintaining e-mail OIC & HIC details.

In GAIL the position of Official-in-charge (OIC) and HR in-charges(HIC) are of p

aramount importance for the HR and organization point of view. The various emplo
yees are assigned to personnel area and sub-area in HR modules of the SAP System
. The standard SAP system does not facility for recording the personnel sub-area
wise official-in-charge and HR in-charges. This information is being maintained
in a database table at present.
You are required to develop a screen program for maintaining the above personnel
subarea wise OIC and HIC details. There can be only one OIC, only one HIC per p
ersonnel sub area at a point in time.
The corresponding database is YRHR_OIC_HRI.
