Intelligent Lighting: The future of lighting is bright as the light bulb as we know it, gets totally reinvented.
Technology is moving so fast that todays lightbulb no longer requires a light switch. Intelligent lighting systems
already contain bulbs that can be individually controlled by a smartphone or other bluetooth compatible,
wireless system. These mini computers give consumers greater control of their environments and allows them to
not only turn individual lights on and off, but they can dim them, schedule an on/off sequence and even
change the color of the light being emitted by a particular bulb or a group of bulbs. BLE (Bluetooth Low
Energy) an VLC (Visible Light Communication) technology are further advancing the light bulb by
introducing networkable bulbs that can push information and data (e.g. music, video, coupons, special offers,

T-FLOW ENERGY MANAGEMENT

T-Flow Energy Management Software: At the heart of every citys energy infrastructure lies a robust system
that controls the flow of energy supply to and from the electrical supply line known as the grid. Tarsier TFlow is an innovative and proprietary software platform that allows Tarsier to save its clients, particularly those
with heavy electrical usage, tens of thousands of dollars a year in energy costs by simply monitoring the flow
of energy to and from their facilities*. Additionally, with the implementation of T-Store, Tarsiers cutting-edge
energy storage technology being developed by the Tarsier Innovations team, Tarsier will be able to offer
large-scale customers the ability to store energy at off-peak times, and redeploy the stored energy at
peak times, instead of consuming energy directly from the grid when prices are at their highest.
Energy suppliers such as solar farms, wind farms and power plants can also benefit from both Tarsiers T-Flow
and T-Store solutions as they can supply more kilowatts of power to the grid during peak times when
demand and market price is higher.
* T-Flow Energy Management Software is being acquired by Tarsier from Demansys where it is
currently marketed under the name Grid Daemon. Along with the software, Tariser is
acquiring Demansys contract with large manufacturing company Alcoa which is generating
$2 million in annual gross revenues for Demansys. Additionally, ConEdisons current Demand
Response incentive is $800,000 per 1 megawatt reduction. T-Flow is the only known system
out there that can effectively aggregate users who cannot meet the 1 megawatt criteria.
ConEdison has recently approved Tarsier Systems to begin this aggregation process.
Management is currently formulating a strategy to provide non-cash incentives (as required
by ConEd) to ConEd customers to participate in the T-Flow Demand Response Pool.
Management believes that it will successfully aggregate users that represent 8-9 megawatts
or $6.4 - $7.2 million in gross revenue, by the close of 2016.

TARSIER INNOVATIONS

TARSIER INNOVATIONS: This division of Tarsier has its focus on developing large-scale projects around the world. By

establishing joint-venture projects and partnerships Tarsier Innovation already has completed comprehensive RFPs
(Request For Proposals) representing nearly $300,000 in potential revenue. While it would be unrealistic to expect that
Tarsier Innovation will be rewarded 100% of these lucrative contracts, it is reasonable to assume that we will secure a
reasonable percentage of this business because we can me more price competitive than some of the larger players
and we are leveraging the impressive track-records of our highly-reputable partners.

TARSIER IN KAZAKHSTAN (T-KAZ)

EBRD FINANCING: $65 Million is being made available by

the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(EBRD) to assist local governments in installing upgraded
LED Street lights, Smart City technology and other cost
saving energy solutions.

TARSIER JOINT VENTURE: Tarsier Kazakhstan has entered

into a joint venture with a Alageum Electric, a $300 million
dollar Electric Service Provider in Kazakhstan to build and
install LED light fixtures throughout the region. Local laws
requiring companies to purchase from manufacturers in
the region are expected to accelerate sales.

ASTANA EXPO 2017: The Government of The Republic is

driven to be a leader in energy innovation. In fact, they
have launched a major initiative called Astana Expo
2017, a technology centric, worlds fair that will take
place in Astana, Kazakhstan in June-September of 2017.
Therefore, the countrys energy consciousness will
continue to grow at higher than normal rates due to the
increased publicity surrounding the upcoming expo.

ShopTarsier.com: At this point, most consumers know what an LED bulb is. In
fact, today, many governments are now requiring commercial building owners
to increase the energy efficiency of their dwellings, in part, by replacing existing
incandescent and/or fluorescent bulbs with the latest in LED technology. In
addition, many retailers such as Home Depot and Lowes have been
aggressively advertising the benefits of LEDs to homeowners and are providing
LED suppliers with more and more shelf space in their stores than ever.
While consumers are vigorously embracing LED technology, price
point still remains a barrier to entry for many. When first introduced
a basic LED replacement bulb (60watt equivalent) could cost as
much as $100 (US Dollars). As people began to understand the
long-term savings benefits of LEDs and governments introduced
rebates to help defray some of the costs of LED conversion, cost
began to drop. Today, that same LED bulb that once cost as
much as $100 could be purchased for under $5.
ShopTarsier.com, which is set to launch January 2016, will be a
consumer portal carrying an array of quality LED bulbs for both
commercial and residential applications. Tarsier Energy customers
will also use this portal to redeem FREE LED offers and to
purchase additional lights at discounted prices. Additional Energy
Saving products will be regularly introduced to ensure the site stays
fresh and our relationship with our customers is continuous and
trusted. We believe that for 2016 the site will service 5,000 customer
monthly, with an average sale of $200, giving SHOPTARSIER.COM a
gross annual revenue of $10 million.
