AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, Kristine B. Fiesta, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Lot 13 Block 5
Soldiers Hill Subdivision, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby state:
1. That I have an adverse claim in a certain real property covered and
embraced by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. T-84789 located
at Baguio City, particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land 4-C-4, Psd-CAR-010654, being a portion of Lot
4-C, (LRC) Psd-215310, situated at rurban code 131102, Res. Sec.
B, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line
1-2 by Lot 6 (LRC) Pcs-17607; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 4-C5; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 4-C-9 (road-3.00m wide) and on
the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 4-C-3 all of the subdivision plan.
Beginning at point marked I on plan, being N. 47 deg., 21 W.,
957.70 m. from Triangulation Station Noble, Baguio Townsite,
thence;
N. 13 deg., 50E., 10.00 m. to point 2;
S. 75 deg., 46E., 15.00 m. to point 3;
S. 13 deg., 50W., 10.00 m. to point 4;
N. 75 deg., 46W., 15.00 m. to point of beginning;
Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) SQUARE
METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan
and are marked on the ground by PS cyyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms.
Bearing: True; Date of Original Survey: 1911-12 and Sept. 18, 1929;
Date of Subd. Survey: April 28, 2003 executed by Engr. Joseph P.
Paglao and was approved on July 23, 2003;
2. That my adverse claim consists of right of full ownership and
possession over the above-described property, as evidenced by an
Absolute Deed of Sale docketed as Document No. 5, Page No. 1,
Book No. I, Series of 2011 in the Notarial Register of Atty. Kristine F.
Badua of Baguio City, copy of which is hereto attached as Annex A
(pending payment capital gain tax and other legal fees);
3. That I am residing at Lot3 Block 49 Soldiers Hills Subdivision,
Muntinlupa City, Philippines, to which all notices may be served.
4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the
foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes.
