The elephant central school store is opening in the 9th grade center. We do direct selling right now but when we start working on shirts and customized items the customers may have to put in an order request. In 5 years our store will be going great. We will have a better location and more customers will know about us. In 10 years we see the store doing better than it was going 5 years ago.

M. Risk Management Chart: Our potential business risks are limited
customers, competition out doing us, and our location. To minimize the limited customers problem, we got our self a mobile cart to carry products in. we still havent minimized the risk of our competition out doing us because we dont have as much products like they do. They offer more than what we can at the moment. Our location is a risk that we probably wont be able to minimize until next year or so. We hope to move our store into the room that is in front of the lunchroom. N. Service Vendors: Our vendors are Mayfield Dairy , Country Meats , Pierce wholesale , and Cooperative Purchasing.
