What happened
I tough my students about How to read the
ruler ( from where they need to start )
( how identify the different between inch
and cm)
(what if I do not have 0 in the beginning of
my ruler ?)
( what if I have cm and centimeter ?)
( what if my ruler is not enough to measure
the tool ?).
The video which should explain for them
the appropriate way for using the ruler
worked but without voice. So, I collected
the ruler and I sat in the middle of my
students on the carpet answering above
questions .

I went with my students to ICT room to

search about instructions how to cook

chocolate cake , milkshake ,or

pizza ? I helped the students who
need help .

Most of the
students decided
what to cook
after long
disagreement .
By the end of the
day , I sat with
my MST for
about 2 hours ,
chatting
regarding the
appropriate way
regarding my
students
misbehavior and
how to deal with
special needs .

boys, and we

The students separated to three groups

depends on their ability levels . The lesson
went as I plan because whenever I ask my
students I got the correct answer from
them, and this is a significant sign for
understanding a new lesson.

Identifying what is the

friction

I took photos for my MST and students

while they were doing experiment
regarding what is friction and examine
different materials.

Converting meter to cm.

The teacher changed her mind, and

stopped the lesson, then she gave them
another activity . because she did not plan
for the lesson .
My lesson went for only about 25 munities,
because they called the students for flag
day celebration .
I planned to divide the lesson in to 3 parts .
The first was the introduction : a video with
wide discussion regarding cm and meter .
Some questions raised such as : what is
longer meter or cm ?
What do I measure with meter ?

the second part was about comparing

some pictures to : short / long.
Third part : I planned to provide my
students with different pictures, and they
need to sort the pictures depends on the
appropriate way of measuring by cm Or m.
PE

I took my students to
their PE class.

During PE class I attended a meeting

involves grade 3 teachers.
The teachers discussed some problems
such as : Trip to science museum , the
celebration of National Day , and the area
of lunch time.

By the end of the meeting teachers

decided :
They decided that they need some more
time
Arranging for the trip , because there is no
responding from sciences museum .
Regarding National Day : they agreed that
all of them need some changes for

instead of staying only inside the class
waving the flag and singing.
Eating Area : alter long and wide dissection
, they all agreed that, they will keep their
students to eat inside the class and play
them a video. After 10 mints they will send
them down to playing garden.
Only during this day we have
(Guided Reading ). My teacher played a
carton movie for my students.
