requirements that stood out to me:

objectives, and completing tasks with a deadline
Exceptional professional interpersonal skills a must, as the right candidate will be
interfacing with company staff, clients, and partners on a daily basis
In my previous role, I successfully supported an office of over 100 people. I have always had a
natural ability to work well with people, help customers, and mesh with with office staff. I
understand that good interpersonal skills allow for a more comfortable and cohesive office
environment.

Part 1 of 3: Basics
1. Begin by adding your contact information at the top. Have your letter developed with
a letterhead. This will ensure that the hiring company can reply to you. This should
include your whole address and phone number(s), emails, twitter account and even
Linked In address whenever possible..

2. Write the name of the employer to whom you are applying for the job. Include the
address.

3. Write the date in the letter.

4. Write the name of the person to whom you are writing.


If their name is not known, write Sir/Madam.

Part 2 of 4: The contents of the letter

1. State the position to which you are applying so that the employer knows for certain.
Explain where you found the advertisement too, such as in a newspaper, via a job site or
through a friend who works there, etc.

2. Begin the letter by telling the employer why you want the job. Also explain why the
job would be suitable for you. Do not forget to mention if the company is a leader in its
industry and that it will make good progress by adding you to their team.

3. In the next paragraph, summarize your strengths and any particular qualifications
or experience that would be considered relevant to the post.

Refer to your CV for more explanations of your qualifications and skills.

4. Include the most relevant aspects of your career in the next paragraph.

Part 3 of 3: Finishing up the letter


1. Finally, explain how you think you can contribute to the company and help it
become successful.

2. If they are going to contact you, at the bottom of the letter but before your
closing and signature, write I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest
convenience.

3. End appropriately. Use Yours sincerely or Yours faithfully.

4. Sign and write your name underneath.
