    DESCRIPTION OF WORKS - Please supply all requisite Labour, Plant, Materials and supervisions to carry out the
    following works in accordance with current drawings and specifications:-Groundworks (Plotworks)
    All prices include for cleaning up. 50 per plot will be deducted from your payment if the site team determine
    that this has not been done to his satisfaction
    INFORMATION:- All H&S documentation to be signed off and approved by Keepmoat Homes prior to any works
    starting on site
    As per Tender Enquiry dated 29/10/15 and Quotation dated 29/10/15
    Keepmoat Homes Terms & Conditions supercede any issued with the contractors quotation
    APPLICATIONS:- To be received no later than the 26th of each calendar month
    PAYMENT TERMS: - 35 days from month end
