MY BIASES

I did not have any biases against this

patient. When I first heard of her case
in the morning team meeting her
nurses were telling everyone how
funny she is with a little bit of sass.
When I met her during my rounds of
home visits she was just as nice and
down to earth as I perceived.

WHAT WOULD I DO DIFFERENTLY?

I would not suggest the agency do

anything differently. The hospice
mission statement is to help all
patients and their families experience a
peaceful with ample support. All of the
patients are well accounted for and the
nursing staff is amazing.
