Terminology:

Learning experiences:
1. Hand out assessment outline for
performance and composition
assessment (students can do it in groups
or individually, allocate groups and take
names).

2. Watch History of Theatre Music OR
another musical if video not ready.

3. Discuss songs heard (96,000, Cell Block
Tango, The Sound of Music, Singin In
The Rain etc.) with reference to the
concepts of music.

Assessment ideas:
*discuss assessment handed out. Group work-
each person needs to contribute etc.
*discuss progress of homework due next week
