Holiday Musicals
Holiday Musicals are scheduled for December 8, 10, 15, & 17. Primary division (K
3) will be on stage on December 8 & 10. Elementary students are scheduled for

NOTE:

All tickets are $7.00.

Tickets for Jingle All The Way are limited to 5 per child, per family.

There is no limit on tickets for Santas Holiday Hoedown.

Payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Off-line.

Persons selecting the Off-line Payment option have until 4:00 PM December 1, 2015 to pay for their
tickets through the school office. After that date all unpaid tickets will be released for sale.

Security Advisory
Recent events have caused us to enhance our security routines and procedures. When
dropping off or picking up a child parents and friends are asked to not enter corridors,
stairwells, classrooms, or instructional areas. The designated drop-off and pick-up
point is the area associated with the main foyer and cafeteria. We hope you
appreciate our reasons for being careful and thank you for your cooperation in this
matter.
Skating
Parents are asked to note the dates for skating as posted in our recent memorandum and
below. All skaters must have a signed consent form before they are permitted to
participate. Consent forms are available through the Recent Memos section of our school
web page WWW.AHENL.ORG.
