Incident Description (Incident Phenomena)

One BSC due to power issue, the whole BSC down and after power comig up, one slaver omp
can't start, it reported "Control plane communication is abnormal between MP and OMP" alarm.
The BSC used 6.30.103ep002 version.

Problem Cause Analysis

The trouble-shooting step:

1. Firstly we changed slaver omp board with other one,but it still failed. It's mean not the
hardware issue.
2. Under MO version, omp start need omp and fpga version, we have created specificl version in
slave omp, but it's still failed.
3. According to OMP start flow, the slaver omp will get version from master one, so we checkd
the master omp version and found fpga version missed.
Telnet to OMP board and use attached command to check version, in here only have omp
version.

Solution
So the reason is due to master omp board lost fpga version, and slaver one need get fpga from
master one, but in master one didn't exist, so slaver omp started failed. After active fpga secifical
version, the slaver omp started successful.
FPGA version active metodFrom Software version management-Cntroller software version
management-Backup version managementfind fpga version and right click we can create specifical version.
