To whom it may concern
I noticed that you had a sign in the front of your shop that I saw when driving by. I think i could
fill that position for you. I am interested in that job and have previous knowledge in this field.
I am expected to graduate in 2016 from lapeer high school. I will also be finishing my second
year at Lapeer county Ed-Tech form the welding and machining technology program. These
skills make me a good option for that job.
I have a general knowledge in the field of welding and machining because of the classes I took
at Ed-Tech. The class taught me a general understanding in basic manual milling and lathe
turning. Also learned basic SMAW, torch cutting, gas welding and MIG welding.
I would enjoy sitting down and talking about what you and your company do, also talk about a
interview too. I think hiring me would be great for your company and myself.
