Description:
South Korea is the southern half of
the Korean Peninsula. Culturally,
economically, socially, and
governmentally South Korea is very
different than North Korea. South Korea
consists of a little less than 50 million
people. The ethnicities are almost
anonymously Korean but there are is a
small population of Chinese that love
there. 46% of the citizens say they have
no religious affiliation while 26% associate
with Christianity, 26% with Buddhism,
leaving 1% Confucianism and the other
1% as other. South Korea is run by a
republic government system.

They are friendly to everyone no matter where they are from.
Applications:
Parental supportparents are highly important in their culture so involved
then in their childs education.
Gift givingif giving gifts to the children do not give anything that cannot
be given back that has equal value, also never wrap anything in green,
white, or black colors.
Removing shoesmake it known that they do not need to take off shoes,
that it would be more respectful to keep them on.
Responses students will respond with as little as possible because less
is more. They will struggle with elaboration. Ask them questions that will
require them to add more.
Groupsintroduce the student to their group members because it is
impolite to introduce yourself.
