1. Moratorium is upheld with exception of areas where shale gas
exploration and development is already undertaken

2. Adding to above (1), regional moratoriums (pause of further
development) should be in place in areas of exploration and
development occurring for a short period until a document is created
to confirm safe development. Additional Info: Continue with further
development if it is in rural areas and not near water, cities, dwellings,
aquifers, or First Nations (without consultation) for research purposes.

Moratorium will remain in place. Also continue exploration with further
research in areas far removed from lakes and cities.

there will be an amendment of NBEI so any research or
recommendations produced bust be taken into consideration with
government.

shale gas specific committee that meets with the government every 6
months.
